ABOUT ME
I believe deeply in the power of food to connect us to ourselves, each other and our environment.
We get to make choices, every day, on how to nourish ourselves, so why settle for anything that isn't truly delicious? I’m an avid believer in the holistic healing benefits of seasonal eating and wild foraging, as well as being a bit of a ‘fermentalist’. Conscious plant-based food shouldn’t be boring; it should be delicious, playful and inspire curiosity and joy.

In my kitchen, the spotlight is on veg – from running supper clubs in London, hosting online cooking masterclasses or catering beachfront buffets in Belize, I’m passionate about the personal experience of eating. Hearing; "wait... how did you do that" is honestly what gets me up in the morning.

As a qualified Reiki practitioner, I'm also very happy to charge the food with healing energy upon request – a beautiful addition to retreat concepts to complement the work.
